"On a menu filled with dishes that strut — cacio e pepe focaccia, wagyu carpaccio, lobster and uni risotto — a deceptively humble-sounding entry has stayed with me… Grilled peppers, bite-size and sweet, were served over tonnato sauce… There’s a version on the menu now with an extra flourish: anchovies. I suspect I’ll like this accessorized incarnation every bit as much."
