5 Mass. chefs vying for 2026 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northeast

Five chefs from Massachusetts have been nominated for a James Beard Award in the Best Chef: Northeast category. Working under Boston culinary icon Jody Adams, chef Amarilys Colón serves as the Executive Chef at La Padrona. The upscale Italian eatery, located in the Raffles Hotel, earned a Michelin recommendation at the end of 2025.
