Swanky new Raffles Boston is luxury hotel chain's first location in North America

Restaurants open to the public include Amar from Michelin-starred chef George Mendes and Long Bar Terrace and Café overlooking the city. Another offering, La Padrona from award-winning chef Jody Adams, is expected to open soon.
